By accessing or using mysyncshot.com and purchasing SyncShot products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses the SyncShot platform.

SyncShot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

SyncShot LLC is a supplement company based in High Point, NC. We operate the website mysyncshot.com and provide premium liquid supplement shots formulated to support health and wellness. For all inquiries, you may reach us at hello@mysyncshot.com.

SyncShot offers precision-crafted liquid supplement shots in two formats:

• Pre-Made Blends: Curated formulas such as Immunity Shield, Energy Sync, Gut Harmony, Glow Up, Deep Sleep, and Inflammation Reset — each crafted from research-backed ingredients at clinically relevant doses.
• Custom Formula Builder: Our proprietary builder allows customers to select individual ingredients and doses to create a personalized supplement shot blended fresh each month.
• Subscription Service: All SyncShot products are available on a monthly subscription basis, delivered directly to your door on a recurring schedule.

All products are produced in a cold-press facility in High Point, NC under strict quality standards. SyncShot reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or reformulate products at any time.

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize SyncShot to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle at the applicable subscription rate.

• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account page.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active through the last day of the paid period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days remaining in a subscription period.
• Changes to subscription contents (ingredients, doses) can be made through the account page and will take effect on the next billing cycle.

Due to the perishable and personalized nature of SyncShot supplement shots, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

• SyncShot does not accept returns on opened or consumed products under any circumstances.
• Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, SyncShot will issue a full replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.
• All return or refund requests must be submitted by emailing hello@mysyncshot.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

SyncShot products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Customers should consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if they are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or managing a chronic health condition. SyncShot is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the use of our products when taken contrary to the recommended dosages or without appropriate medical guidance.

All SyncShot branding, logos, product formulas, website design, written content, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of SyncShot LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any SyncShot materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SyncShot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury. SyncShot's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
