• Custom Formula Data: The ingredients, doses, and names of any custom supplement formulas you build and save to your account.
• Account Credentials: Your email and encrypted password used to authenticate your SyncShot account.
• Usage Data: Anonymized analytics data including pages visited, time spent on the site, and interactions with the formula builder — used to improve our product and user experience.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To process and fulfill your orders and manage recurring subscriptions.
• To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and account updates.
• To save and retrieve your custom formula data so your personalized shot is consistent across orders.
• To improve our website, product offerings, and customer experience based on usage patterns.
• To send marketing emails and promotional offers — only with your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

• All payment information is processed and stored by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. SyncShot never stores your raw payment card data on our servers.
• Customer account data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security enabled, meaning each customer can only access their own data.
• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL.
• We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SyncShot uses the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each service has its own privacy policy and data practices:

• Supabase: Database and user authentication. Your account information and custom formula data are stored in Supabase.
• Vercel: Website hosting and deployment infrastructure.

SyncShot uses cookies for the following purposes:

• Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how visitors use our site and improve our offerings. These are only set with your consent.

As a SyncShot customer, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. This will also cancel any active subscriptions.

SyncShot products are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
