Refund Policy

Our Promise
SyncShot stands behind every product we make. Each shot is blended fresh, cold-pressed, and shipped with care. If something is ever wrong with your order, we will make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your SyncShot subscription at any time — no questions asked. Simply log in to your account page and select "Cancel Subscription."
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive and have access to your subscription through the last day of your paid cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Unopened Products
If you change your mind about an order and the product is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected, typically within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or if you received the wrong product, SyncShot will issue a full replacement or a complete refund at no cost to you.
To report a damaged or incorrect order, please email hello@mysyncshot.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will respond within one business day and resolve the issue promptly.
Custom Formula Orders
Every custom SyncShot formula is built specifically for you and blended fresh at the time of your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns on custom shots unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If your custom formula arrives damaged or there was an error in blending your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will issue a full replacement or refund.
Sample Packs
Sample packs are priced as introductory trial products and are not eligible for refund. If your sample arrives damaged, however, we will replace it at no charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or return, email us at hello@mysyncshot.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for your refund request
- A photo if the issue involves damage or an incorrect item
We respond to all refund requests within 24 business hours. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
