A Wake Forest freshman looked at the supplement industry, saw a problem worth solving, and decided to build something better.
Founded in Winston-Salem, NC
Where It Started
I started SyncShot during my freshman year at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I was trying to build better habits and started looking into supplements — and the more I researched, the more frustrated I got. Everything was overpriced, overcomplicated, or just generic formulas that weren't built for anyone in particular. I couldn't find anything that actually felt made for me.
So I decided to try to build it myself. I started sketching out what it would look like if you could choose your own ingredients, set your own doses, and get something blended fresh — not just another capsule off a warehouse shelf. I run SyncShot from my hometown of High Point, NC, and every decision I make comes back to that original question: how do we make this actually work for real people?
We built SyncShot on a simple belief — your supplements should fit your life, not someone else's. That means letting you build the formula, keeping the price honest, and making the experience feel less like a chore and more like something you actually want to do every day.
